Session Expectations:
Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for the session.
- Communicate any specific requests or shot lists in advance.
- Ensure all necessary permissions (locations, venues, property access) are secured.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Image Delivery:
- Final edited images will be delivered within four weeks via an online gallery.
- The number of images delivered is based on the package selected.
- Additional images may be purchased separately.
Editing:
By booking, the client agrees to the photographer’s artistic style.
- Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion.
- RAW files are not delivered.
- Extensive retouching (body modification, object removal, etc.) may incur additional fees.
Usage & Copyright:
All images remain the property of the photographer.
- Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise stated.
- Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
- The photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Real Estate & Commercial Use:
- Real estate and commercial clients are granted a limited-use license for marketing the specific property or business.
- Images may not be reused for other listings or transferred without permission.
Drone:
- Flights are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and safety conditions.
- If drone operation is not possible, alternative coverage will be provided where applicable.
Weather Policy:
- Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion.
Liability:
- The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to interference, lateness, or restrictions at the location.
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
Turnaround & Archiving:
- Galleries remain active for 30 days.
- The photographer is not responsible for long-term storage of images after delivery.
Agreement:
- By booking services, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
